Great location, all you need is provided in this little studio, plus beautiful sound of fountain.Missing 1 star due to super uncomfortable pillows and a few minor upgrades.Great communication with management too

We had a nice time, the property is always nice. My mom and I feel safe and I can take walks within the community. We found a new restaurant, Casa Mendoza, in La Quinta village, which was great. We also went to Sunnylands property, which we had never been- beautiful.

The room itself was acceptable for the most part, but there were issues. Just outside the front door was a nice planter, in which sat a long-dead plant. Not a pleasant way to greet the property. The door code did not work. I got a backup code, but someone should test the codes when they are changed after every visit, The carpet abutting the tiles in front of the patio door was so threadbare that I could feel carpet tacks. I had to put a towel over them to spare my feetThe door to the adjoining room was so thin that we could clearly hear our neighbors as they went about their morning routines. This should be changed. It is hideously annoying to hear the neighbors. These are all small details that can be easily fixed and would make the stay some much more fun and restful.

Couldn't get in with code, management was responsive and gave us a new code. All good. Cut our stay short though and went home a day early.
