Overall our stay at Sand Dunes was great! We loved the space. Clean, modern, stocked well with linen, and the communication from the property owner was excellent. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. A couple of cons;, although we could see the beach from the space, it was not beachfront. Our condo was facing the beach at an angle, not “front” for a full view of the ocean. Also, the parking garage is less than convenient. Be prepared( if you have an SUV or truck) to navigate very carefully. Our last night, we arrived to the resort at 9:30pm and there were no parking spots available in the parking garage. The owner informed us we could park in another garage, and we did. With the cost of the condo, there needs to be enough space for your vehicle in the same garage.

The condo was next to perfect! The property not so much......Fantastic communication!!

The property manager replied within minutes to ANY questions or concerns my family may of had. Our family of 5 did not feel cramped at all, the balcony was a huge plus. It was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We were also able to book an extra day (there was a day where no one had booked the condo!). Prime location as well, we were 8 minutes away from broadway at the beach and had plenty of food options near us. We definitely will recommend this Condo to family and friends looking to stay in, Myrtle Beach!
