Fast resolution of a check in issue. Great property and location for our quick mountain visit.

The home is newer and the pictures accurately display the home. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star for cleanliness was that the previous guest's garbage was left on the road in front of the property, there were some bear caps on the deck, and dead bugs in the kitchen,...nothing that prevented us from enjoying the property. If you enjoy hard beds, the master bed is really hard. We were thrown for a little loop as we arrived exactly two minutes prior to the check in time and we could not access the property until one minute after...it is very precise. Very quiet location and had close and easy access to Asheville.
