The Black Hammer Hus is clean, spacious, private, affordable, and great for families. We spent a weekend there with our family, including children 5 and under. The yard was equipped with a play set, swing, and a fire pit situated by a lovely patio. The house was homey, comfortable, and contained everything we needed for the weekend. We will definitely stay there again!

I am already planning our next visit to the Black Hammer Hus! We loved staying here! The location is perfect to visit the Driftless area. This house has the best equipped kitchen for a vacation home I have ever stayed in! The house is spacious and affords privacy to big groups with four bedrooms. Highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding home and property. Comfortable, perfectly styled and supplied. And the privacy of the property was incredible . Felt like home, and was the perfect respite we needed! Thank you!

My family enjoyed our stay at Blackhammer Hus! The property itself is beautiful and the owners have really done a great job with the renovations - it’s a nice mix of modern and antique. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms are up to date and modern. Nice common areas and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a beautiful quiet place to stay. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here in a heartbeat!
