There were aspects about this experience that were 5 star: cleanliness, location, checkin process, pet friendly. It is imporatant to note, this space accomodates 2 very well. Just 2. However, during the first morning of the stay, we had a city utility worker show up and tell us he was shutting off all the utilities due to the fact that they had not been paid. My husband explained we were just renting the place for a short stay...please wait 24 hours. I informed the contact and did not hear back. This was a little stressful way to start our vacation time as we were not sure we would have utilities when we returned that evening. When it was time to leave, and set the trash out in the bin, per instructions, there was no bin. We had a 15 minute leave delay until a new solution was given. Please be aware, this Vrbo is also linked to an additional party, Renjoy, which comes with additional fee expectations of the guest. For the cost and a 5-star rating, I would have expected the experience to be a little less stressful. But these are easy remedies and may have already been fixed for the next guest.

Host was great and was able too address any questions we had right away and made out trip 10 times more worry free

This cottage is in a lovely neighborhood and has everything we needed for our stay! Kaitlyn went above and beyond with a welcoming gift and card. She was extremely responsive when we had questions and made sure we felt comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

The place was lovely and perfect for a weekend stay. The neighborhood is great, and being so close to downtown is a big plus. One thing to note is that there is no closet or designated space to put your clothes, so you’ll be living out of your luggage. Also, while the kitchen is huge, there is no washer or dryer in the unit, which could be inconvenient for longer stays or if you have a clothing mishap.Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a couple staying one or two nights if you don’t mind keeping your clothes in your suitcase. I hope these things will be improved in the future, as I would love to book it again.
