The unit has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We personally never used the extra living room, but the fold out couch was a smart addition for larger families or groups. Escapes! is our favorite condo building in Orange Beach. Great amenities and not gigantic and crowded like some others. This was a well decorated unit and we enjoyed the little bit of family time we had unwinding in the space.

Probably one of the best condos we've rented in 40 years. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Lots of room. Well stocked kitchen, there were 10 of us together at times and we never ran out of plates, glasses or flatware and had enough cookware to easily manage meals. The views were amazing from this corner unit, hard to leave behind. The building was well maintained and managed. Easy walk to the beach. Lots of amenities. We would come back and spend another month in a heartbeat.

The only complaint I would have is that the rental chair people get out before 7 am and take up most of the best room. Then there chairs sit mostly empty all day. Other than that we were all satisfied with our stay. The beach, pool, areas, gym etc are all kept clean and there is always work being done to do so it seems like. Thank you

Really great place to stay. Plenty of room, great location, amazing view! Communication with host was great and we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Cooking meals were a breeze and sleeping was fantastic!!
