🚧 COMMUNITY MARINA IMPROVEMENTS
Pelican Landing is currently improving its marina with a new dock and piling system with upgraded water and electrical service. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no regular weekend work currently scheduled.
Disruption from the project has been relatively limited to date, although guests may experience some general construction activity or noise during weekday work hours.
Completion is anticipated in mid-October 2026. Nightly rates during this period have already been adjusted to account for the marina improvements.

Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The base rate includes up to 6 guests. A maximum of 8 guests is permitted. Guests 7 and 8 are charged $100 per person, per night and must be added to the reservation before arrival.

The room was very nice. The building is older and the location is a bit off the beaten path if you want to be near the action, but it was a nice stay. The appliances are very nice; big washer and dryer, new fridge and nice spacious kitchen. The balcony is nice and big, the beds were comfortable. Overall nice stay. The agent that helped us was very communicative and we did t have to ask for anything . She made sure we had all the information we needed

The place was perfect for our stay. Kim was an exceptional host very responsive. This is the best of Key West. You have the marina to look at and relax. Not to far from duval as we rented a golf cart. They have coolers and ice to use if you need it. The pool and tiki area is awesome. The Pelican Landings made our stay amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Key West. The hosts were extremely helpful, providing great suggestions on places to visit and things to do around the area. They were also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner, which made planning our trip much easier.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Key West and would gladly stay here again!
