The room was nicely decorated and more importantly was the cleanest we have ever stayed in at Edgewater beach resort..Communication from the owners was excellent and all the amenities they provided were awesome. Will be staying in this condo again. Highly recommend!

The condo was immaculate and welcoming. The views from the living room and primary bedroom were awesome! The bed was comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the little things like plush towels, the rocking chairs on the balcony, beach chairs and toys, starter supplies, books, puzzles and games. The owner had excellent communication and replied quickly. The location is on a quiet beach with restaurants within walking distance. We hope to return someday!

The condo is fantastic and a great value. Only issue is it’s on the 10th floor and the elevator was broken 75% of our stay. They’re signs saying it’s being upgraded but still an issue if you have young children or can’t climb 11 flights of stairs. I repeat condo its shelf is wonderful.

Very neat, clean, comfortable condo. Beautiful beach & gulf views. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Lovely decorations. Will be looking forward to spending another month there next year.
