Concierge was a very kind, friendly man. Apartment is in the best possible location, in my view. Bed is comfortable. Shower is great.
This is trivial and not a necessity whatsoever but it would have been lovely if you stocked coffee pods for the machine.

I like the cleanliness and the modern layout and amenities.
The room was a bit small but that’s a European thing I think. Not a big deal.

We like the location in São Bento, away from the tourist hordes and tourist trap areas but still walkable to them. The apartment is across the street from the Assembly of the Republic and there are lots of great restaurants nearby as well as antique shops. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a coffee machine but no pods were provided. Fortunately we had brought our own coffee and a French press.
