I like everything especially the valcony

There was nothing I didn’t like

Everything was excellent after we got in the room. The part before that was pretty annoying. Beautiful view. Room was large and clean. The food was good at the bar. The bartender was very helpful with picking a place to eat for our Anniversary. The pool was nice and inviting. The spa was relaxing.

They try to book you a timeshare appointment so you cant get a parking pass until they do their spill. The line was long and the front desk didnt want to give the parking pass. One girl even lied and said they don't have them and we have to wait for the timeshare guy. Then the lady behind me went to another front desk person and they gave it to her right away. So they do have them at the front desk. Also they have a option to get your room number by text. They took 30 mins after check in time to give the room number. That was frustrating.

Location was great drive was short to the things I needed to do

Hotel really wasn’t a resort it had two pools and a mini golf course arcade really wasn’t pleasing to adults the amities really weren’t out there for a resort felt like a little more glorified hotel then a resort the private island was overgrown and not visibly appealing and my bay view room was tucked in the corner looking at the other side of the hotel and pool with a small corner of the actual bay view
