I thought the location was very good, also the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed
We booked an executive studio and was surprised when we arrived to see the bed against the wall and no bedside tables, it didn’t match the photo on booking.com. They did put it right for us and moved us into a different executive studio for our 2nd and 3rd night, that one was perfect for our needs

Location. Staff very obliging and courteous.
No suitcase stand. Fourth stay in three years. Small investment in a stand for a suitcase would be great

Air conditioned, clean, good facilities, helpful staff and quick response
Stairs to walk up the top floor. But luckily staff helped with our luggages down the stairs

The room was very clean and the check-in was easy. The location is perfect for central London and getting around. The kitchenette facilities were basic but all provided.
There was a noise coming from a loft hatch in the entrance that continued throughout the night. This was room 1A. This room is also next to the lift. I have reported the noise problem.

"Lokalizacja wspaniała; parę kroków od metra (bezpośrednia linia z Heathrow), bardzo blisko do autobusów we wszystkich praktycznie kierunkach, 20-tominutowy spacer do Soho. British Museum dosłownie za ..."
