First off, the owner was great and professional. He made contact and made sure everything was up to standard. The cabin was a great value ,in an awesome location. All though the cabin was not directly on the lake, you can see the lake, and the neighborhood was quiet with a breathtaking view. All your entertainment needs tv,stereo, wii fii was included. Utensils and linen were provided. I would recommend this to anybody, except if you don't like stairs as the master bedroom is on the second floor. Which can be accessed by the garage with the owners permission, which wouldn't require you to use the stairs. The cabin was very spacious enough room for your family and little ones. The stairs, but like I said, you can access using the garage. Need bigger frying pans for big families. There is no air conditioning, but fans are provided, which were very sufficient . Last but not least, no dogs allowed. Maybe with a larger deposit that could have been worked out because the owner seemed to be willing help if you can't leave your dogs behind.
