Le confort, les équipements, le bon café (organic), la cheminée

Location was about a mile walking distance to old Quebec City which was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within a few blocks. Great coffee shop next door for morning coffee! Very secure! Communications with property manager were excellent. No problems at all. There was a queen bed and a pull out sofa for sleeping. For evening we were able to play cards at kitchen table and eat dinner. Had everything we needed for a stay!

Bel appartement, bien équipé, grand et propre Idéal pour visiter le Vieux Québec à pied

Location and decoration was good

We were 3 people and stayed for 2 nights. There were only 5 coffee pods provided for our entire stay. The towels smelled unpleasant, and there was no hair conditioner or body wash available. The bed sheets were dirty, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. When the third person slept on the sofa bed, it was impossible for the others to sleep because the bed frame was old and made loud noises whenever they turned. The nightstand drawer was never cleaned – it still contained shopping receipts, hair ties, and a lot of hair from previous guests.
