Realm Apartments by CLLIX

Excellent location in the CBD with on site secure carparking. Clean and modern apartments with all facilities, including laundry. Very friendly and helpful staff on site.

Very small living space in the apartments - 2 people max. One couch is provided which wouldn’t allow for more than two people to be comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was incredibly spacious, much larger than we expected, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the kitchen and dining facilities were fantastic, with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Adelaide CBD and just a minute's walk from Rundle Mall, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were also excellent, very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and one we would happily recommend.

Nothing at all. Everything was excellent, and we couldn't fault our stay.

Location and amenities. Gym is well furnished with ample equipment.

Only one aircon unit in the whole apartment to be shared by rooms. Also, experienced an episode of power trip and brought some anxiety to family.

Kitchen floor was dirty, lots of scuff marks on the walls, balcony didn't look as if it was cleaned,,unfortunately couldn't use the pool, seems it will be a few months until it's ready.
