Location directly on beach
Parking and luggage drop was a distance from the apartment.

What a find. Very comfortable and well equipped cottage in outstanding location. Parking space about 5 minutes walk away.

We have stayed in Benwick cottage before , so knew what to expect and it was great as was our previous visit.
All good with our stay.

Central location
Noise! Very noisy and because it's an old building unable to have double glazing. On our first night a large family had a beach party until gone 11pm so extremely noisy.
The cottage is a bit shabby. First impressions when you walk in are not great. Sliding door to kitchen was hanging off runners(we rehung) and the lounge carpet could do with replacing as not the cleanest. The bathroom is 'vintage'
Personally this isn't a romantic luxury retreat. At over £300 a day i expect a bit more.....
