Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also really appreciated the lovely surprise you prepared for us. It was a very thoughtful touch and made our stay even more special.
Absolutely nothing. We have no complaints or negative comments at all. Everything was perfect.

Spacious accommodation, with easy access to restaurants and amenities. Free secured car parking. Cooking and tea making facilities. Smart TV and sofas to relax. Clean bedding and towels. Overall good facilities for a comfortable stay.
Unnecessory deposit insurance. A very messy software for verification took a great effort to make it work. The deposit insurance cost (£35) was unreasonably high for £250 deposit protection. This will be an additional cost to the booking cost, and wasn't made clear at the time of booking.
Oven was present but could not use it as no trays available. The kitchen floor was not clean enough.

The host was very helpful in providing detailed instructions for getting into the property.
I could not download the property access instructions on my iPhone. I had to contact the host for instructions.

Location was perfect for the event we attended. Plenty of food options, pubs around, tesco and pharmacy 5 minutes walk from
The apartment. All appliances worked, heating system was great, water always hot.
The common areas, bins etc were full and untidy. The apartment itself needs work done, radiator rust on the ground , doors need painting. Beds , showers etc were clean and comfortable.
In One of the rooms the radiator didn’t work and there was no extra blankets , duvet on the beds are light.
