My family loved our stay! The host is a fantastic communicator, the property was clean and beautifully decorated, and the location was exactly what we wanted. We rented a boat to keep at the private dock and that worked out perfectly. The pool is small, but feels wonderful after a long day on the water. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic seasonings and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, baking dishes and storage for leftovers. The master bedroom was spacious, but there is no closet space to hang dresses and no where to store suitcases. The other two bedrooms have small closets, so it was easy to share. This is a great property for a group of friends or a family with kids of any age! We had myself and my husband, two 19 year olds and two 15 year olds, and we never felt like we were on top of each other or cramped. We would absolutely recommend this property without hesitation and hope to stay here again in the future.

We would definitely like to stay at this property again! Aaron had such great communication and made you feel welcome! Both Aaron and Holli got right back to me anytime I had a quick question! Perfect location for driving and boating! Very clean, everything was in perfect working order… the kitchen even had a muffin pan which I appreciated! The pool was a little smaller than we thought, but it was perfect for the three of us! The dockage was also great and landscaping was beautiful! We love key colony! This is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed there! We even took advantage of the tennis and basketball court Honestly, the only sort of complaint was the sitting furniture is not very comfortable (not that we sat much) and the master did not have a closet to use. The table was big enough to play Domino’s and games as a family every night after dinner! I am super picky and this property is top on my list to stay again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean upon arrival and was as pictured. The host kept in communication with us the entire time. We were able to fish from the dock everyday and even catch some fish! My son caught 2 barracuda and a catfish. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely a gorgeous property. Everything that is needed is provided. A couple of issues though. The fan on the porch was broken, there was no propane for the grill, and the batteries for the TV remote were dead. When I brought these issues up, I did not receive a response or resolution. Since we only had a few more days to go, I didn't make a fuss about it. Also, the number markers on the house are hard to see and the numbers on the houses don't seem to go in any order. FYI. They also tried imposing an earlier checkout then what was on the VRBO posting. The property is great. Communication with the owners not so much.
