House has an elevator which is a plus because of mobility issues. Also just hauling everything upstairs is much easier with an elevator

Wonderful location, equidistant between town circle and the beach and near the largest pool and gym. Great distribution of rooms, as well. Place was well maintained and very clean. Would stay there again.
