A wonderful and modern kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, open to a convenient dining area and a comfortable living room with Smart TV from where you will be able to access the amazing private garden and heatable swimming pool (surcharge).

Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A pet is allowed with a surcharge per stay.
A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Great location on the sunnier and warmer side of the island, on a well-maintained and spacious resort, well away from the over-development that mars much of the south coast. We don’t play golf but the course adds a nice touch of greenery and the layout where all villas face the course means that you’re not overlooked. The on-site Italian restaurant is very good and the Spar was useful, we particularly appreciated the fresh bread delivery every day. The location is well situated to visit all of the island and we particularly enjoyed trips into the central mountains and forests, which were beautiful.The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, including high-speed wifi. We didn’t heat the pool and found that it was still warm enough to be usable. We never met the owner, but the management company were excellent. The only minor negative was the continuous construction noise during weekdays. It was irritating, but didn’t stop us having a great week overall.

We had a very nice week at Salobre Golf Club and at the house of Carlos. The house is very private and location perfect with 10-15 min drive to most attractions and beaches. We would recommend this to our friends

My wife, mother-in-law and I stayed at this property for ten nights. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back again. The location was wonderful; it is an extremely peaceful place. The villa itself was clean and well-equipped. The communication with Villa Gran Canaria was also excellent and they always responded in a timely manner. Overall, we would come back here in a heartbeat.
There are a few things to mention that need a little attention. The pool was mainly clean but we there was visible debris at the bottom of the swimming pool every morning; we were unsure whether the pool was cleaned before our arrival or during our stay. Also, there were a few things, such as the upstairs bathroom window not shutting and exterior lighting in the garden and in the pool, which did not work.
As I mentioned previously, these aspects did not spoil our time at all. We would love to come back again.
