Great host and house

Fantastic, unique home with expansive spaces and great amenities. Beautiful mountain views.

The place is huge and has many large comfortable common rooms for puzzle working, conversation, TV watching and games. Our group of 20 never felt crowded. The kitchen is really well stocked and we easily made Thanksgiving dinner for 20 in it. The mattresses are old and need to be replaced. Many back aches were mentioned in the older half of the group.

We had a wonderful time at the lodge! We all had looked forward to this trip for a long time and it did not disappoint. The house has hidden closets and toilets, many beds and an abundance of beautiful natural light. The hot tub was wonderful and it was already running when we got there so we just had to turn on the jets! The sauna was wonderful. People were able to access the sauna without disturbing anyone's bedroom.Everyone enjoyed their bedroom and we all slept super cozy as the beds are quite nice. The common area with bunks also opens to a nice covered patio where we practiced yoga! Some things to note: bring your own fire starter (the place has plenty of firewood) and lighter, first aid kid (the place has one but it has been quite used up)We were unclear if the water was filtered or not, so bring your own water filter.Note: the driveway fits six, but if you need more room, you could pull under the covered part and fit 8 cars.P.S.- The house is for sale! Scoop it if you are interested, definitely a gem.
