House was almost perfect! Great location with beach, stores, and restaurants in brief walking distance. The house is great for 4 - 6 people (we had 5 - two being children under 10). House was well-stocked and included everything you need for cooking, towels for pool/beach, plenty of towels for bathing, and pool and beach toys and chairs. We loved the pool! Communicated with Beach Boutique Rentals a couple of times prior to arrival - once to add a dog and once to take the dogs off (they were able to stay home). Management company was very quick to respond! My guess is they would be even faster if any issues occured during a guest’s stay. We will definitely book with Beach Boutique when we return to the area, hoping A Villa Paradise is available!

The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for beach access and within walking distance of many good restaurants. The beach was not crowded and the free trolly was terrific.
