2 Bedroom Deluxe - Harborside Resort at Atlantis - Full Resort Access

Second time going to this location, it fits perfectly for our family of four with quick access to pools, the water park, Dolphin Cay and great places to eat. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved having a kitchen with full size refrigerators and stove to make food. Our place was very, clean great location. We stopped at a grocery store before going over bridge to our place. Unfortunately our place had not been cleaned despite us arriving at 4:10. We were told that check in starts at 4:00. After an hour and our room not ready we complained as we had meat and freezer stuff. The manager then put us into a different room that was ready. The new room was great. The pool by Harborside was awesome. Every day we ended up at it and it was much less busy. At night everyone goes to the shops and restaurants by Harborside which is just a short walk. I would still stay here again but would call in advance to check about room being ready before shopping.

The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. We loved staying on the La Pacifica side, closest to the quieter pool and fitness center. The fitness center has spectacular views and nice amenities, including outdoor workout equipment. How cool to watch whales during a workout! The pools were all clean with comfortable, padded chairs. It was easy to get reservations at restaurants, even during spring break. The hotel staff is accommodating and helpful when it comes to information about leaving the resort to check out the cities. The beach is great for kids, with a swimming area protected by a natural break wall. Overall our trip exceeded our expectations and we will return.

Our condo was exactly as promised! Was clean, in great condition and excellent location. Staff were wonderful. Will definitely come back!!!! Was super easy to book with quick responses!!
