This gorgeous home instantly draws you in with the amazing view as you enter the front door!Couldn’t have had a better experience and the owner is very prompt with communication!Our trip was family of five adults and this property was perfect!!Plenty of room and amenities! If you want to sit and enjoy listening to and watching the river roll by this is your place!!

Went to Kernville for a few days to get away, the house was perfect fit for our family of 5. Very spacious. Great location, close to town and can't beat being on the river. Caught several fish right behind the house! Would definitely come back.

This home delivered! Beautiful property, private river access is a must have in Kern - it is so great to walk out and jump in. Hanging out at the beach in the evening or having a quiet cup of coffee as the sun starts to peek over the mountains is the best! The house itself is fully stocked and very well maintained. Mattresses are a dream, so comfortable! Host is available and very responsive. We had a wonderful summer trip! The only negative here is that the air conditioner was not able to keep up with the heat - not uncommon in Kernville. We were told that this issue is going to be resolve, however I recommend the host have some big fans available in the garage for guests. We made it work by keeping the bedroom windows open at night and taking a nice cool shower before laying down.
