The house itself is beautiful and was very clean, and you honestly can't beat the view—it’s absolutely amazing. However, the experience with the property management was pretty underwhelming. For starters, it was unnecessarily confusing to check in; there were four different lockboxes at the door, and only one actually worked. On top of that, we couldn't get into the clubhouse for our entire stay, and the local team was not helpful at all when we asked for help with the key.We were also pretty disappointed about the bathtub. We were really looking forward to using it, but the drain stopper was broken. We followed up with the team twice, and while they eventually offered to send someone out, it was our last day, so it wasn't worth the hassle. Even if the drain had worked, there isn't enough hot water to actually fill the tub -- the hot water became luke warm after just a few minutes of running.Overall, Oregon Beach Vacations provided pretty mediocre customer service. The property has great potential, but the management and maintenance issues really took away from the experience.

Beautiful location.

Property was amazing! Views were unbeatable and we love Pacific city. The best review I can give is that we will return to this exact property the next time and every time we come to Oregon.
