Home was accurate to listing. Very large home with lots of rooms and space. Great location, safe. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, best night sleep! A/C unit in master bedroom and family room/dining room. Only downsides for us were the mosquitos (although they do provide a basket of repellants), and the construction surrounding the home. Both sides of the home were next to current construction sites (one a new construction home and the other a remodel); not the owners fault, just a bit inconvenient and would have been good to know ahead of time. Host is communicative and responds quickly!

The house and staff were wonderful! It was beautiful and we loved it! Would highly recommend it!

The house was charming yet elegant and the hosts were gracious. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing and the courtyard was the perfect spot to unwind. They connected us with a driver named Walter. He was fabulous. He made arrangements for us to see things we never would have been able to experience otherwise. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He took us to lake Atitlan and arranged for a boat to take us to several little towns, all the while, unobtrusively keeping an eye out for us. He found a restaurant that had a view of the volcano erupting while we had dinner on the patio! If I make it back to Guatemala I will definitely get ahold of him ahead of time and hire him for the trip. By the time we left, he felt like a family friend.

We took my mom to celebrate her 60th birthday and decided to do it close to la Antigua. We were thrilled and happy about everything. The house is beautiful it has enough room to fit 10 up to 12 people. We were very pleased and satisfied.
