Good communication, easy check in and out, house was exactly as shown in the pictures, great location, all amenities needed were supplied.

Ivan was the perfect host, made the process and our stay great.

Our stay at Crash Boat Villa was absolutely amazing! The property was as detailed online & more! Safe, comfortable, beautiful & had all the amenities we needed! We were traveling for our daughters senior spring break with a large group. We had four familes at the villa with 3 others at alternate locations within minutes. It was a perfect host property for everyone to be together for meals & pool visits. The outdoor areas were so great for morning coffee, afternoon adult beverages & evening meals! We had a few appliance issues, but Ian was incredible! Super responsive and handled everything immediately. Even gave us great area recommendations for dining & activities. We will be back!

Nine of us recently spent ~a week at this property for a family member's 40th birthday. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, the views over the ocean are gorgeous, and the pool is excellent. However, we were quite disappointed with two things: 1. The cleanliness of the house. Mosquitos were a big issue inside the house. And the house hadn't been cleaned properly of dead bugs before we arrived. 2. The listing says “air conditioning”. It doesn’t make it clear that most of the house is not. Only the bedrooms have AC.
