Amazing home in the perfect location in Princeville, Kauai.

This property is absolutely incredible! It comfortably hosted our group of 15, offering the perfect blend of space and togetherness. Everyone had room to relax, yet we could easily gather to create unforgettable family memories. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and having a grocery store just five minutes away was so convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—private, serene, and just a short trip to the beach. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.Matt, the property owner, was truly exceptional. His quick response time and attentiveness to our questions and needs made the experience seamless and stress-free.We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding getaway!

We were looking for a property on the northern part of the island to host three families for a five-day stay including the Christmas Day. This is our first Vrbo experience, which turns out to be very pleasant one. Out host Mathew was warm, polite & responsive before our arrival. He is the type of the host who sincerely wants the guests to have the best possible experience during their stay in his property. He is personable and even spent a day with us on Christmas Day as a wonderful tour guide, providing customer-tailored itinerary. I would recommend this property ( spacious, clean, with all of the essentials) and Mathew ( a great host) without any reservation.
