This was our second stay at the property and the house, location and hosts can’t be beat. Still strongly recommend!

We had a great time here in Greenport! The house was well maintained and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for 7 people, and it was a welcome site to find a pack and play in the master bedroom to use for our toddlers! With easy access to the town, including ice cream within 5 minutes walking, we would recommend this place to any family looking to stay in Greenport!

The location of the house is ideal of walking to downtown, and the renovations are beautiful, especially the kitchen and bathrooms.Unfortunately, the backyard was so overgrown that we couldn't enjoy sitting outside, so we're hoping that the landscaper will come at the right time before our next visit. The hosts are most accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful to us.We recommend this house without reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at Janet’s house! The property is clean and ideally located close to every amenity you could want in Greenport including restaurants and shops, the train station, and the Shelter Island ferry. Check in was seamless and Janet was a welcoming and communicative host. It made the perfect home base for our group for a long weekend trip. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
