A detached two-bedroom guesthouse with a warm retro cabin feel and a private entrance that's entirely yours. The driveway fits a boat trailer or a big rig — a real one, not a "compact car only" driveway — so you can be on Wilson or Pickwick early and back to a quiet place with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Minutes from downtown Florence, UNA, and river access, with a park at the end of the street.

The host was very quick with responding to our questions. My daughter stayed for 5 weeks during a clinical rotation and house has everything she needed during this time. There was an issue with some spiders and the owner responded within 12 hours of spraying both inside and outside and no other spiders were seen. The area is quiet and safe, convenient to restaurants, shopping and the hospital. Hosts were responsive and quick and even though you are staying next door to them, you will have privacy; my daughter did not see the owners the entire 5 weeks she stayed! Would recommend this property to others!

Really nice:* location for me. * facility - 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry access, full kitchen.* access to shopping (groceries, etc.) and eating location including roads to other locations and some touristy locations* plenty of cooking utensils (but stored in the over ... :) Lovely assistance by owners for access and more.
