The home was beautiful and very spacious! The night we arrived the pool felt great then we woke up the first morning to the pool completely empty. It took several hours to get ahold of anyone to help assist/notify about the pool. A pool guy came out and began filling the pool with the hose..Several request were sent to management asking to be accommodated with having the pool heater turned on. Management never responded and the heater was never turned on, I was not even given the option on pay to have the heater turned on. We lost a full day of having the pool because there was something wrong with the pump that caused it to completely empty out. Then we could barely use the pool because it was ice cold.
