The property was wonderful. It took a little while to check in as there is only one check in gate and everyone checks in at the same time. Aside from that no complaints! Our host checked on us to make sure all was good. Would stay here again!

Great accommodations for our family. Spacious for our family of 7. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we appreciate our host Kimberly so much. She was super responsive in turning on the pool heater and securing the grill for our stay. Univeral Studio was wonderful. The movie room was great. The closets are spacious and in every bedroom. The bathrooms were super clean. The kitchen was clean and everything was in working order. Again, we are so happy with our stay! We are looking forward to Disney next June! The grandkids are so excited although we didn't use the community center, we were happy to have that option! Family vacation in Florida rates 5 we would love to secure a property for next vaca...CLOSER to Disney.

The rental was in good shape, clean and accommodating. Issue with the resort listing after hours check in tell our gust there was no parking as unit was allowed 3 cars, rental rep. Cleared this up as the unit was alowed 4 cars but this was a day after. All other aspects of our stay was enjoyable. Would recomend and stay again.

Not set up to be fully usable during cold weather.Neither the pool/hot tub or the game room was usable due to the cold. Pool/spa: we paid extra for heating but even with it on, the spa was only usable as a hot tub one day (when warmer outside) the other days it was warm at best -- definitely not hot. We contacted the owner, but were told that the heater was working and it would just take a while for it to heat up. The problem with that is the heater comes on when you turn on the hot tub and it only runs for one hour. If you're in Orlando on vacation, you will probably not be home all day to keep pushing that button. We ran it for over 2 hours one day and it was still cold. We complained, but were only offered half of our heating fee back. (Which I haven't seen yet.)Game room: it's the garage. There is no way to heat this area. There is a portable cooling unit in there, but nothing for heat. It was freezing in there. Often colder than outside. One bed smelled of urine and though the owner sent cleaners to change the bedding, the smell was still there so someone spent her nights sleeping on the sofa in the common area. Also, extra blankets in each room would have been useful. Otherwise, the inside of the house is very nice -- nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is well outfitted with the waffle bar being a nice touch. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, but master bath water didn't get hot. Would have easily been a 5 star if not for these issues.
