House as advertised. Decor and landscaping well done. Clean, but could have been cleaner on arrival. Kitchen had no frills, bring accoutrements and tea towels.
Shout out to property maintenance, who were exceptional. Grill needed to be replaced, dishwasher on the blink, dryer did not work anda faucet had a leak. All dealt with in a timely and friendly fashion. Trolley gets you in to Santa Maria’s quaint downtown. Short walk over a busy road to beautiful beach
