Breakfast, dinners freshly cooked the way we liked it. The hosts were exceptional. Very peaceful and beautiful.

Unfortunately the steep incline for the car, space in the car park plus the uneven flights of stairs made it difficult to get to the rooms. The owners need to spend some money here if they want repeat customers plus allow families with children and elderly relatives to visit.

The location and the view. Sultan is an amazing person. He accommodates you in every possible manner. Goes above and beyond.

The stairs going up to the property. It's difficult for senior citizens. The services need to be made more efficient, either they are under staffed or the staff needs training to be more proactive.

The BBQ and bonfire experience was excellent, and combined with the beautiful scenic views, it made the evening particularly enjoyable.

Our overall experience at Gali’s End by Roomy was mixed. The location was just okay, although the scenic views from the property were quite good. The first impression could certainly be improved. A lot needs to be done to the entrance and approach, and the lack of proper, organized parking is inconvenient. The rooms were just average and had a rather old and dated ambience. The carpets were visibly worn out, and the property generally appears to be overdue for refurbishment. The furniture, bed linen, bath towels, carpets and outdoor chairs all need to be upgraded or replaced if the property is to justify its positioning and pricing. The washrooms require particular attention to cleanliness and maintenance. During our stay, the geyser was leaking and the washbasin/sink was unstable and shaking, which should ideally have been addressed before the room was allocated to guests. Breakfast was complimentary, which was appreciated, but unfortunately it was quite average in terms of quality and selection and could be significantly improved.
