Small but perfectly formed….. so clean and fresh , there is a clever space created for everything and the little garden is perfect. And that is before we get tithe teas AND the gorgeous homemade chocolate flapjack…. Wry yum

So clean and tidy! Beautiful garden, the best place we have ever stayed in Folkestone and we have stayed in a lot. The complimentary flap jacks were sooooo good.
We loved everything

The flapjacks left for us were delicious :)
Could sometimes be a bit dark due to it being on a lower level but this is just being picky as it was a great stay!

Ella was great at communicating both before and during our stay. She had provided everything you could think of! And the location was great to be able to walk down to the front and town centre. Parking was easy - right outside the accommodation.
