Good property, nice staff. Very polite.

House keeping done only once after requesting for the same. Short of house keeping staff. No refill for complementary tea / coffee, just what was kept before we occupied the room. The cab service for airport pick up and drop were horrible both the times. During the arrival, the driver parked his vehicle at the parking lot, and just kept directing in his broken English mixed with Malayalam. No location sent. It took us almost an hour to get into the cab. After several calls to the hotel he came to pick us up. On our return, the driver put on loud Malayalam music, and whenever her received call spoke to the call on speaker - and the calls lasted more that 45 mins. So in my 3 hrs journey to the airport - I could not sleep a wink even though I was suffering from viral fever. To add to it, he was demanding a TIP - which of course I refused. Very poor experience.

L emplacement est top , proche de la mer et dans un quartier calme et authentique de White Town . La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Le lit est confortable. Le personnel de l accueil est disponible et de bons conseils. Ils nous ont autorisé à pouvoir prendre une douche avant de prendre notre bus de nuit.

Peut-être le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié, il était très bon mais juste fruits, omelette et pain de mie.

Emplacement idéal dans le quartier français. Très propre, belle chambre confortable et calme donnant sur le patio. Agréable terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner.

They do not serve tea nor coffee for breakdast unless we ask them.

They hardly clean the yard after the pooja and it was messy. The folding extra beds stay on the landing.
