AMAZING! Every moment I spent at this hotel was amazing. The staff, facilities, and service were excellent, and you can truly feel the kindness and hospitality of the Cambodian people. These guys really know how to treat their guests and make you feel welcome. From the food and cocktails to their recommendations and personal attention, they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one of the best experiences possible. THANK YOU, GUYS! DEFINITELY A MUST-BOOK HOTEL!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it is absolutely phenomenal (I don’t usually write reviews, and I hate the culture where you’re asked to write a review in return for good service) this did not happen at Eightfold and on top of that it was the best service I think I’ve received since being in south East Asia. Nina is incredible, she remembers your name, your requests, your general conversations and goes properly above and beyond. The staff notice everything in the best way. One evening I was standing at reception trying to (subtly) itch a nasty bite I’d received on my leg. Immediately Nina is offering cream to help soothe it. Alice in the restaurant was also a standout. However if I could name every single member of staff I would. I fell in love with Siem reap and this hotel had a huge amount to do with that. I urge you to book your stay here. It’s totally totally worth it. I would hurry back in a heartbeat to this hotel.

The staff were truly fantastic - so warm, attentive and professional. The service felt very personal from start to finish and we felt completely looked after and spoilt throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the property as a whole is just gorgeous - peaceful, stylish, and immaculately maintained with a real sense of calm. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend and would love to return.
