Neat and Cozy Minimalist Studio

目の前がSM Cebu city !’ ランドリーも建物一階にあります。

エレベーターを待つ時間が長い！！ ハウスキーパーさんがどんどん乗ってきてすぐ下の階でおりて、、、 各階停車のようになる時がある。 レストルームの下水の匂いが臭い。 小さい虫がそこから入ってくる！？

It was pretty good. Everything I needed. Easy communication. Nice preparation from the host.

The small animals in the bathroom and the noice. People have a hunk hunk marathon in the street. But that is Cebu and Manila.. Sheet not fitted right for the matress.

Easy check in. The place is indeed neat and cozy. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and very close to the mall.

I like that it’s so close to the shopping malls and it has a good view of the city.

The unit provided bath towels that were covered with dust. I think those towels have been on the shelf or in storage for so long, that it accumulated dust. Staff should have paid more attention. Use of the elevators were very frustrating. One elevator wasn’t working. Sometimes it would take more than 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs. Elevators stopped at at every or most floors even though no one are coming in. Very frustrating and a waste of time.
