Burnt Ridge Boat launch is a short distance away. The Fairfield Bay Marina is a 10 miles away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to have a fun week at the lake. There is a pavilion with a hot tub ( up charge of $175 for hot tub cleaning fee)an indoor/ outdoor pavilion fireplace and a seasonal outdoor bathroom/ shower and a ping pong table. There is an extra cleaning fee for use of the pavilion

We also have a heated and cooled bunk house that sleeps 6 we can open for an additional $150.00 per night. Just in case you need some extra sleeping space.

We have a barbecue grill. There is a fire pit for cooler evenings. Our outside napping porch is a great place to sit and enjoy the lake.
Each bedroom has a smart TV we have Wi-Fi but it’s not fiber optic. During peak the weekends Wi-Fi can work perfectly or it can We have high speed internet.
