Clean & right on the beach!

We just completed our third stay at this condo. Obviously, it's worth returning to, time after time. The ocean view is excellent from the balcony (and bedroom window). The kitchen is quite nicely updated and has all the necessary items. The living room is actually very large, with comfortable seating. The bed is very comfortable and the walk-in closet is a nice feature. Bathroom is simple, but has a tub/shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Direct access to the beach, from the back of the first floor hallway, is terrific and there is a handy place to wash off the sand from your feet & beach gear. Also of note, is the included garage parking, which is really nice to have your car parked in a protected place from the hot, Florida sun! The overall complex is on the basic side and it's still working to recover from a major hurricane a few years back, i.e. the pool and surrounding landscaping is no where near completion. However, the overall experience is a great value and we hope to stay there again. The host is very responsive and we've felt somewhat like welcomed guests. A definite recommend on this one!

Beach was obstructed as there is a large concrete area outside the condoOther than that it was fine

Older building needs TLC, balcony has obstructed view of ocean, storm damage still under construction, pool not finished, shower head very low, bed on soft side. FYI laundry takes quarters, 2 wash 2 dry, designated parking spot in garage narrow. Nice location.
