The jewel of 215 Washington oozes ‘Santa Fe modern.’ The “Pippa” is a one of a kind space and guests are raving about the beds, linens, and coffee options. The penthouse comes with a full kitchen and sleeps up to four guests. Stretch out on the oversized leather couch and take in the suite’s mid-century modern furniture, hip photography, Navajo-style rugs and Oaxacan tiles. The building is just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza and all the restaurants, bars and shops Santa Fe has to offer.

This penthouse is luxury. Enter into the open floor planned living room and kitchen and cozy up next to the decorative fireplace. The suite is on the second floor and sun-lit throughout the day. Each item was hand-selected by local design firm Built Design.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the unit as well as the lobby library with fireplace, laundry room and free parking.

The Pippa was a quaint New Mexican property. It had everything we needed- would definitely return! It’s a close walk to the Plaza and so many restaurants and an easy drive to other places around Santa Fe.

The first thing that strikes you as you enter is the bright living room with windows on two walls. The apartment is airy, modern, stylish and uncluttered. The bed is comfy. Parking is easy and on property. Step out the door and Santa Fe's restaurants and shops are right there. We liked everything about the place and when we brought our Santa Fe family to see it they were impressed too.
