We loved the house.! The rooms are nice and spacious, beds super comfortable . In the summer heat the AC is great, sometimes too cool , so some extra blankets for the beds would be helpful. The 3 bathrooms were great for our group of 5. Plenty of hot water too. The kitchen is super spacious and wonderful to use and cook in. The family room could use another love seat size sofa. The laundry room was a great help, but the door to one of the machines should be switched to make moving the wash to the dryer faster and easier. The outdoor patio is delightful in the am but does need a larger rug and some updated furniture with cushions/pillows. Having a grill and a pool would also be an added bonus. We had a great stay and super close to our family.

Nice house

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Very clean inside and out. I feel it was priced right for the stay. Host was very informative, and always responded less than 24 hours. Close to the lake and boat ramp. Quiet neighborhood no issues. If I make plans to go to Lewisville lake again I will use this house again. I recommend this place for all to come and enjoy the lake and clean house and amazing host.

A nice location and a great layout. It’s a short walk to a grassy area by the lake and super short drive to a larger lake park. We enjoyed the space and there were lots of helpful instructions to make the stay great. Would definitely visit again if we can.
