Great lodging and supplies

It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful view. It was clean, beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having said that, I want to give people an idea of some of the downsides of this property/location. The keys don’t really have beaches. My girls were a little disappointed by this. We were hoping to swim in the ocean from this property but that’s not really an option. We tried carrying the paddle boards around to the ocean side of the marina and it was a very difficult walk and not great water. The grill and dishwasher didn’t work properly which was tough since we cooked most meals in the unit. Also the only way to get to the main living and bedroom area is some very narrow spiral stairs. We are all mobile and healthy but it was still tricky getting our luggage up/down the stairs. Just a heads up. Other than that, I would recommend the property. The manager was responsive and friendly. The sunrises were gorgeous.

Great place with amazing views. Raul was a very good communicator. Two adults and three teens. Plenty of space and bathrooms/showers. Outdoor space was relaxing and the beach area is a quick walk or cart ride. Raul had some great recommendations for food and we loved sunset dinner at Snooks just a few minute drive away. Would stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful Villa, in an excellent location! Views are outstanding and we loved watching the boats come in and out of the marina.
