Listing just as described. Close to beach and away from the crowds. Would def stay here again.

Great spot for a long weekend on Folly. Away from crowds and close to the best surfing

House is small but nice. Close to the ocean and an overall good stay. Only complaint with the house itself was that the carpet is very hard and uncomfortable to walk on. As for the booking, I ended up paying an extra 82% over the posted price in random fees and taxes. I feel this is predatory and dishonest. I might consider staying in the house again but definitely not at the final rate that I payed after the made up fees and taxes.

Cute little beach cottage close to beach access! We had a great stay in Folly and loved being so close to the beach. Perfect for two people. Upon arrival house was very clean and host allowed us to check-in one hour early. Appreciated two parking spots. We used one for a golf cart. In the future, I would recommend a new mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable and hard to get any rest, especially with constant road noise. House is located on one of the main roads and the loud road noise was non stop even throughout the night. Mosquitos were really bad outside the property in June and found them inside the house multiple times despite being quick in and out, however, I think it could be the time of year. We stayed Thursday-Monday and found moderate amount of mildew on two walls in the shower on Sunday. Overall, we had a good experience and appreciated having a place to stay so close to the beach.
