The listing could have said that the house was in the process of updates or something along those lines as there were noted updates, some in process, some items broken or needing repair. Siding (gutter?) was hanging off the house when we arrived. Bedrooms heated by portable heaters. Gas fireplace did not work. Only 3 coffee cups in the house. No curtains or blinds in some of the bedrooms. Shower didn’t drain well, but it was just clogged with hair. Plenty of towels and bedding. Comfortable beds. Nice tub and radiant heat in one bathroom. Property manager replied to messages quickly.
