We rented this property for an extended family getaway, 14 of us total. The location and views were amazing. We loved hanging on the huge deck and the beach was just steps away. The pool and hot tub were also great and a nice break from the sand. The kitchen is a bit small but 2.5 fridges were very helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental!

A very clean older house in a great location. My family of 12 was very comfortable in the space. The view of the beach from the deck was outstanding! The private inground pool and spa was a game changer. Beach access couldn't be easier and was used every day for swimming or walking. Plenty of outdoor seating, in sun or shade. The Grandkids (age 9-17) had a lot of fun with the various games on the property. Plenty of parking but the driveway is not gated so be sure to lock your vehicles. Your Host David was clear and detailed in his communications. PLEASE NOTE this comment from David "the cleaning crew only provides a small starter pack with respect to some toiletries & other items. They will NOT be bringing extras during your stay, so please pack accordingly if you think you may need extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap, coffee, paper towels, trash bags, etc." He is not kidding. Unless you are driving to Myrtle Beach and can bring items from home, plan on having to make a trip to Walmart to stock up on consumables. Enjoy your stay!

Overall I would say we had a great time, the view of the beach was fantastic!

We were a family group of 15 ages 5 - 76. We needed 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house size was adequate. It was not very clean when we arrived. We did our own cleaning. There were some other home and pool issues. Our property manager, David, was very responsive. Some issues were resolved others never were. Be aware, this is an 85 year old home. It's a little quirky and squeaky.
