Well equipped kitchen with an abundance of storage, beautiful timber benchtops and exposed brick splash back, with air conditioning and slow combustion fireplace in the living room making the property ideal to stay in all year round. Private and secure backyard and in-ground trampoline.

**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

Payment Terms – If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
