Nice house, greet location

We really enjoyed our stay! House was great, especially for our boat and jet skis

The only thing is the deck around the pool gets really hot during the day it is hard to walk on with bare feet. The other is there is one small part of the area in the backyard that is not fenced in but we brought 2 doggy gates and put them up. Just in case our dog tried to go near the water. Those are two minor things so I definitely would give this house a five star rating.

For the pricing of this property, I would recommend looking at other properties. Roaches and ants were a problem outside the pool area as well as inside getting into our food. The owner was aware of this before as he said exterminator was sent the day before we arrived. There was no discount or accommodation made. Cabinets were broken as well. Mold on the cutting boards. There were no trash bags that were said to be provided. This place initially looked great. But we had many issues.
