The house was gorgeous! The outside pool area was so pretty and relaxing. We loved the enclosed patio area, we ate most of our lunches and dinners out there along with late night games. The week went by too fast! We would definitely come back to this house.

The place is fantastic, pool area is great, and the layout is nice. My only complaint is the air conditioning system was limited to 73 which is very uncomfortable if you’re under the age of 60 and not a reptile. I understand limiting the AC thermostat to 68 or 69 but when you’re paying 300 a night that shouldn’t be a worry. Frank was great otherwise but the house was so warm the first night of our stay that we had to make other arrangements while the house cooled down. I suggest making sure you let guest know the limitations of the AC and also setting the thermostat accordingly when guests are arriving.

Great place.,clean ,modern, quiet and private..Frank is fantastic host. We will come back soon. Awesome vacation. Thank you

Everything was perfect. Pool temperature and setting. Riding bikes to the nearby nature preserve. Proximity to beaches and parks.
