Really nice and spacious house with terrific views and steps to beach access. Location is terrific! The Johnny Mercer Pier is really nice at night. Balcony is more like a 2nd floor porch and is where we spent our evenings. This house is very well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here.

You can’t beat this location. It’s one house from the beach and in walking distance to a lovely restaurant called The Shark, which we frequented. The management company is top notch. They granted us early access to the property, and their communication prior to and during our stay was excellent.
We had some issues with the condition of the condo, namely cleanliness
