Great spot for groups outside sunriver. Lovely pond.

We had a lovely time with friends and family! Loved the property. Great location, only a short drive to the village and easy access to bend. The pond off the back of the property is very cold and feeds into spring River (after hiking Small land bridge) which EVENTUALLY feeds into the Deschutes, and is quick to the Besson day use area for pull out. The cart pots in Sunriver area which drive and have great options!

We rented this property for a few days over the 4th of July and loved our stay. We had a group of adults who were looking to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen and grill were great for meals. The spring out back was fantastic for floating and paddling in the sunshine, this was one of our favorite features. The home location felt private and the spaces are designed well for large and smaller separate groups. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of towels and linens available, which was a major plus. We’ve rented several homes in the area over the years and this one was definitely the winner. I can see us renting again. Communication with Tisha was great, always quick to reply and assist with our requests. 5 stars!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay at Besson Rd home. The home is so comfortable, included all amenities one needs, beautiful property and close to all the SunRiver conveniences. We made every meal at home over our 6 day stay, played games, relaxed every night on the patio, tried out the paddle boards and bike provided by home owner. Having the fresh water pond right out the back door was a bonus. Btw, we really enjoyed the cold tap water, the ninja blender, the bbq and hot tub. Highly recommend this home.
